1. The service
Rack2Bill is billing, stock, repair and credit software for a shop: a counter app on Android phones and an owner website. It is operated by AMS ENTERPRISE, a sole proprietorship owned by ARUNKUMAR, based in Tamil Nadu, India. It is offered to businesses, not to consumers.
2. Your data
- Everything your shop enters belongs to your shop. We process it only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy notice.
3. Your responsibilities
- Your shop issues its own invoices and is responsible for its GST registration, tax rates, returns and record-keeping. Rack2Bill is a tool that prints what you set up; it is not tax advice.
- Your shop collects its customers’ details and must tell them why.
- Rack2Bill records which staff member did what. Telling your staff that their work is recorded is your shop’s duty.
- Keep sign-in details and counter phones secure, and remove staff who leave.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Rack2Bill for anything unlawful, to store data you have no right to hold, or to try to reach another business’s data.
5. Stopping use and deleting your data
Your shop can stop using Rack2Bill at any time. To have its data deleted, follow the steps in the Privacy notice; we complete deletion within 30 days.
6. Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability to your shop for any claim connected with Rack2Bill is limited to the fees your shop paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost business, or for bills and records that were never sent from a counter phone to our servers. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
8. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we publish the new version on this page with a new “last updated” date.
